our products.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become
effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use after changes
constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility:

3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Print-on-Demand:
All products are printed fresh to order. We do not maintain inventory. This
means:
- Production takes 2-3 business days
- Products cannot be canceled once printing begins
- Custom orders cannot be modified after 2 hours
Product Descriptions:
We strive for accurate product descriptions, colors, and images. However:
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
- Actual products may differ slightly from photos
- Vintage designs may have intentional distressing
Availability:
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
- Discontinue products at any time
- Limit quantities per order
- Refuse orders at our discretion
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Pricing:
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Price at time of order is the price you pay
- Promotions and discounts are subject to terms and expiration dates
Taxes:
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Payment:
We accept:

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store

5. ORDERS & SHIPPING
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed in the order received
- Production time: 2-3 business days
- Shipping time: 2-3 business days
- Total delivery: 4-6 business days
Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping on orders $70 and over
- Standard shipping: $4.95 (orders under $70)
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship only to the United States, US territories, and APO/FPO
addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Address:
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not
responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Order Modifications:
Contact Support@thestatethreads.com within 2 hours of placing your order to
request modifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or
canceled.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Policy:
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
- Free exchanges for size/color
- Return shipping: Free for defects/exchanges, $4.95 if changed mind
Refunds:
- Processed within 2-3 business days of receiving return
- Issued to original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account
Defective Items:
We'll replace defective items at no cost or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without tags
- Items damaged by customer
- Items returned after 15 days

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership:
All content on our website is owned by The State Threads, including:

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to
participate in class actions.
14. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Discount Codes:
- One discount code per order unless stated otherwise
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Valid only for timeframe specified
- May have minimum purchase requirements
- We reserve the right to cancel orders using fraudulent or expired codes
Free Shipping Offers:
- Free shipping applies to orders $70 and over
- Applies to standard shipping only
- Excludes expedited shipping
- Applies to US addresses only
